The Centre of Municipal Reforms (CMR) "Lutsk - 1432"
The Centre of Municipal Reforms (CMR) "Lutsk - 1432" is an unprofitable public organization, which is established on the base of the Law of Ukraine "About public societies", and realize its activity according to the Constitution. CMR "Lutsk - 1432" is registrated by executive committee of Lutsk city Council according to the Resolution of executive committee # 500 (Certificate # 130 since 04.09.2001).
An aim of the CMR establishement is protection and realization of lawful rights of CMR's members through the public activity trending on assistance and encouragement of public initiatives to effective functioning of local autocracy.
Council of the Centre is leadering statute organ constantly in force.
To achieve its aim Centre according to the law:
- establishes co-operation with Ukrainian and foreign State and public organizations, mas media etc.;
- conducts activity in drawing in financial, material, intellectual and informational resources, which are needed to realize its programs and projects:
- takes part in preparation and conducting conferences, symposiums, round-table talks and seminars, organizes exhibitions, presentations and other mass arrangements;
- conducts or takes part in organization of consulting, educational seminars, lectures and other educational arrangements, publishing and spreading of press materials, origination of radio- and TV programs, films according to the aim of the Centre.
In spite of rather short history of organization by itself, staff of the Centre is well- experienced working in many spheres and directions of public movements. It is experienced also in fulfilment of different functions in projects, which were conducted with support of international organizations.
The main project of the Centre is the project of Regulatory reform (supporting by program "BIZPRO") that is conducted in region since the June of 2002. The Centre won the competition as for this project realization. The idea of this project is to work out and introduce regulatory acts of local level in regulatory sphere.
